NIOSH: Stress at Work -- The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is the Federal agency responsible for conducting research and making recommendations for the prevention of work-related illness and injury. NIOSH works in collaboration with industry, labor, and universities to better understand the stress of modern work, the effects of stress on worker safety and health, and ways to reduce stress in the workplace.
Time Management for University Students -- This site, developed by the Counselling and Development Centre of York University in Toronto, guides students through a set of questions to help determine how to manage time efficiently.
Stress - Coping with Everyday Problems -- This fact sheet was created by the National Mental Health Association, which is dedicated to promoting mental health, preventing mental disorders and achieving victory over mental illnesses through advocacy, education, research and service.
